Our experience with Budget Blinds of Mid-Willamette Valley has been outstanding. When some issues developed with one of the new Hunter Douglas blinds they were on it immediately dealing with the company and offering solutions. Communication is excellent. Thanks to Brian for his help with install, education and repairs and to Robyn, master of customer service. We got quotes from 3 companies and chose Budget Blinds of Mid-Willamette Valley. I’m extremely happy with my blinds from Budget Blinds! Priscilla was fantastic! She really understood what would look best in my space and guided me through the options with confidence. Once she showed us the selections, we knew right away she had made the perfect choice. She was quick, detailed, and very thorough throughout the process. Her team was also incredibly communicative and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
They ignore our no trespassing and no solicitation signs which are clearly posted. They rang the doorbell waking my baby up this morning after she was fighting nap time. They are lucky I was trying to calm her down cause had I answered the door I would have had several choice words for them!!!
Called to schedule a consult and they asked for my vaccination status. I nicely asked why is that necessary? Then, without giving any other options, i.e. virtual they hung up on me. Wow!
My blinds were installed backwards and it took a little digging and a couple calls for me to understand what was going on. Once they were properly turned around, the blinds for the sliding door did not fit the two doors properly. Budget Blinds worked with me and re-ordered new blinds. It took a while, but everything has been sorted out to our satisfaction. Priscilla wants satisfied customers and genuinely seems to care about them.
