The process was so easy, from making the appointment to the design consultation and order. Garrett was very helpful in the selection of type of window treatment and the fabric. Order was fulfilled as promised and the installation was professionally done.
I am so happy with our blinds! Garret was excellent, he listened to what we wanted and was very knowledgeable. Our blinds came in ahead of schedule and our installer Aiden was quick and efficient. I’ve already recommended them to friends and they are equally happy with their product and customer service!
We are very happy with our new Hunter Douglas window treatments in our master bedroom and we love being able to use either the remote or our phones to raise/lower them. It was a pleasure working with Pam, Garrett and Eric. Everyone was patient, knowledgeable and very easy to interact with. This is the second time we’ve worked with Budget Blinds and both experiences were very positive.

Budget Blinds installed 9 blinds in our new sunroom in 2016. Now, 9 years later, one of them failed and the color had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Pamela talked the company into replacing all nine blinds in our new color, and because of their lifetime warranty, they were all free. Garrett, Budget Blind's installer, is a gem: both personable and expert, he had our new blinds up and working in no time. We've never had such great service!
