Great customer service, the installer was right on time, was friendly and and got right to work. After he was finished he demonstrated how the shades worked, how to adjust as needed and cleaned up and went on his way. Very pleased with the blinds and everyone all around. This is the second time using this company and will continue to do so in the future. I highly recommend.
