In today’s world, finding a company that provides products at fair prices & then backs them with quality service can sometimes be difficult. Every person I dealt with in this process was very courteous and professional. The installation of our shades was seamless. We had two issues (one head rail was dented and one shade was not sized correctly). BB was very professional in handling the correction of those issues and our remaining balance was not owed until those issues were resolved. I would highly recommend Budget Blinds and will use them again in the future.
The installers arrived at the exact time they were scheduled to be here. They were very polite. I had 12 shades put up. They spent time making sure each shade was even and on properly. I am extremely impressed with Budget Blinds and will definitely use them again.
I ordered plantation shutters for the front of the house. I have not gotten them yet. Cindy was helpful in making it happen. I am anxiously awaiting my shutters.
