We were very pleased with our in home visit with Shane to discuss replacing our kitchen & living room blinds. He was very helpful in explaining & suggesting what types there are & what would work best for us. The office staff were very helpful in communicating when our blinds arrived to the scheduling the installation. Install a was seamless thanks to Gord & Alaura for doing an a job of installing our new blinds….we are loving them, highly recommend Budget Blinds to all our friends & family…..thx Budget Blinds !!!
Budget Blinds are very people friendly, professional, excellent communication, very good product. This is the second time they have done a whole house for us and we will definitely call on them again when needed, priced very fair.
Sue is absolutely fantastic. She is personable, has a great eye, and patiently worked to help my wife and I pick the perfect fabric for our roller shades. When we experienced a quality issue (manufacturer issue), Sue came back out to our house multiple times and helped us get a great resolution. Sue stands behind her products, and follows through. I can't say enough good things about her, I wouldn't shop anywhere else.
So happy with my new blinds in each bedroom of my house. All the employees are super professionals and friendly. The prices are great considering how expensive are in other places we asked before. 100% recommended!!
