Renee Jamieson was wonderful to work with. She was professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable about all the products Budget Blinds offers. She answered all of my questions with patience and was friendly and approachable at all times, very pleasant throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend her services.
Cliff and Brittany were great to work with to get our home outfitted with blinds. They have been responsive to any issues that came up and we have enjoyed the buying experience with them. lots of options in fabrics and styles.
Cliff Richards at Budget Blinds 112 Ave. S.E. was professional right form the first phone call, thru to resolving a major issue. Prompt replies in a courteous manner. A misunderstanding in the order was quickly and professionally dealt with. Such good service has prompted me to try and sell Cliff, and Budget Blinds to anyone I know. I highly recommend Cliff Richards.
Had new windows installed and my 4 blinds would not fit anymore, loo long by 1/2 inch. Contacted Budget Blinds and said they do not cut even their own blinds. Another reason for the low rating is the customer service rep was very rude and when I said I would not buy from them in the future they replied "We will delete this file number from our data base". Buyer Beware – especially seniors I felt confident in choosing Budget Blinds SE because of their excellent reviews; however, I have been bitterly disappointed. In spite of all the research I did, I found out right after installation, that I can hardly raise my $3,500. Solar shades because of the safety guards on the chains. These are required by Health Canada. It takes 17(!) very hard pulls to get just one shade all the way up.
