Susan was great ! She knew exactly what looks good and was very helpful - James the installer was very professional and curious - they stand behind the products and to me that means everything !
Both the sales representative and installer were on time and professional. Each was very clear and helpful with choices and instructions. The installer was quick even though the windows were high and in an awkward staircase. The blind motors are so quiet! The lifetime guarantee is awesome on materials. The blinds are of great quality and not horribly expensive. I can't say enough good about Budget Blinds. Would definitely use them again!
