I worked with Budget Blinds of Concord in the fall of 2025. I was promised by Aaron that they shades they would make for me would look exactly like the shades that are there now. When they installed them, I was appalled. There is a cheap string through the middle of them. I called to see what could be done and was told nothing. Dan Collins installed vertical blinds at my home today & did a wonderful job. He cleaned up the work areas when finished and left the areas as he found them. After installing the blinds he went over the do's and don'ts when operating. Dan did a great job!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I paid $2500 for 2 motorized roman shades that are too short. Budget Shades is in breach of contract. Measurements and mounting are correct on contract. Contract says they will fix any errors. They did not. My only recourse is to pay them 50% of purchase price to re-order shades. Budget Blinds of Colorado is the best to do business with for window blinds. When Kelly Banducci first came to introduce us to the product, she was wonderful. She was very informative and suggested what would be best for my house. When Matt, Installer, came out he was very professional. He did an outstanding job from introducing himself to me, liking my dogs, and asking for a tour of where the blinds would go. We had our blinds installed 14 months ago from Budget Blinds of Kingman. We said we wanted blinds comparable to the ones that were replaced. The woman who showed us samples said the ones we were purchasing were just as good or better. After 14 months I can say without a doubt that these blinds from Budget are warped, don't hang properly (even when closed). Should have replaced the spacers on the old blinds and saved $2500. Shop elsewhere.

I purchased new blinds for all of the windows in my newly built home. Kurt was wonderful to work with as was everyone else I spoke or worked with. The selection process, customer/employee contact and installation could not have been easier, more accommodating or more professional. I would recommend and use them again!
