It was a horrible experience with Jack I was misled, and before I confirmed the order they made the blind ready without my confirmation. It was not what I wanted to have in my window and it was too expensive. They made me pay $1400 for only one window. Definitely not recommended.
Stay far away. Jack the "owner" is a fast talker. He came over, and we had a discussion about vertical blinds that my wife and I both decided we wanted. He spent his entire time trying to talk us into pull down blinds, and kept telling how he did 6 million dollar homes in Hewlett Harbor (like I care). When things wern't going well, he started yelling at me infront of my wife, and our house guest. I told him to not yell at me in my home, but it fell on deff ears. After contacting a few companies to come out and get quotes for our 17 windows (moved into a new build home), Jack (the owner) blew me away with his insight, knowledge & worked with us on budget to get the most bang for our buck. He suggested motorization where it was truly necessary, suggested a magic wand alternative where he felt we needed (other companies don't have the same offering) and provided explanations of what to put what shade where (bathrooms & kitchens have more moisture, so honeycomb isn't a great option). From start to finish, this team was professional, courteous, always prompt with appointments and great to deal with. We had them design, create and install shades for our new home in Massapequa. The process went very smoothly and the end result is superior! We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone interested in beautifying their home with professional window treatments.
