After contacting a few companies to come out and get quotes for our 17 windows (moved into a new build home), Jack (the owner) blew me away with his insight, knowledge & worked with us on budget to get the most bang for our buck. He suggested motorization where it was truly necessary, suggested a magic wand alternative where he felt we needed (other companies don't have the same offering) and provided explanations of what to put what shade where (bathrooms & kitchens have more moisture, so honeycomb isn't a great option). My husband and I recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Jack (the owner), his designer, Mary and Jack's office representative, Lori. From start to finish, this team was professional, courteous, always prompt with appointments and great to deal with. We had them design, create and install shades for our new home in Massapequa. The process went very smoothly and the end result is superior! We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone interested in beautifying their home with professional window treatments.
