I ordered roller shades from them and really had pleasant experience from the start. Traci was very helpful and came to the house twice to help me make decisions. The blinds arrived a few weeks earlier than expected and we were able to arrange a time for delivery and installation. Installation was efficient and very professional (think it was Brandon ??). Would definitely recommend.
We love our new plantation shutters, the staff was wonderful from first phone call, to the gentleman who came to measure, and installation went so well, everyone was very professional!! I have had plantation shutters in past but these are truly the best!! I highly recommend this company for your needs.
From start to finish, Budget Blinds has been awesome to work with. Traci was so helpful picking out colors and textures to complement our decor. So many choices, but she made it easy! Budget Blinds communicated frequently with updates and scheduling through email and text. The installer was professional, efficient and friendly. The only disappointment was they couldn’t install reflective film, only frosted. Definitely will use again and highly recommend!
