Extremely pleased with both service and quality of the product. We ordered quite a few window shades from Budget Blinds and two long curtain rods with motor. I was concerned about misplacing the remote controls for the rods, but as it turns out, in this case you can just gently tug on the curtain and it will open / close even without the remote, which is a great feature.
