BUYERS BEWARE!!! WARNING IF YOU BLINDS, PAY FOR THEM! DONT EXPECT TO GET THEM. My widowed sister ordered blinds for her windows and skylights back in August of 2023, paid for the in August. The installer showed up with the blinds, installed what he could. The ones for the skylight were made wrong. Reordered, so they said! Well here it is the middle of March 2024 and still no shades. This place is absolutely great, I came to visit my relatives for a bit and I’ll definitely come back here once I get the chance !! I personally recommend the strawberries and whipped cream waffle and the lavender latte but everything else is also really good!! AND OMG THE STAFF IS SO NICE WKSHDKAKSBS
Nearly a year in after Maya did great work getting us our blinds in a professional no hassle manner. Great installers such as Justin coming out to fix an issue nearly a year later. Excellent place to work with, can’t recommend enough.
Maya and the installation crew worked with us tirelessly until we found a satisfactory black-out shade for our master bedroom. When we weren't happy with the first two shades, Maya suggested a different style, and we are so happy with the new shade. We were told that our money would be refunded if we couldn't find a shade that we liked. Maya and the installation crew, who came out four times, showed us nothing but courtesy and respect. I recently ordered a Transitional Shade from Budget Blinds near me. Ed Burns is the owner, and he will come out and measure your windows and explain how Transitional Blinds work. There are many colours and textures to choose from also. The quality is excellent with great Customer Service, and a great Warranty.
