We recently used Budget Blinds to install 9 blinds in our newly-constructed home. We are very happy with the entire process. Bobby Jo worked with us in deciding what blinds worked best for our home based on our preferences. She was very knowledgeable and gave very good suggestions in regards to how the blinds would look. We had blinds installed by Budget Blinds and discovered some issues over a year after they were installed. We were concerned that the warranty had expired; but, Joanne assured us they would address the issues - they did that and more!! They truly care about their work and you - the customer!!!
The sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly and easy to work with and the installer was the same. I am thrilled with my shutters.
