I have had a very different experience with this location of Budget Blinds. We ordered blinds from this store, for our second home near Kilmarnock, after a great experience with Budget Blinds out of Chesapeake, VA. We had over $7,800 worth of window coverings installed in January 2023 when we were out of state for work. Joanne, who replaced the saleswoman with whom we worked, called to let us know there was an issue with installation and they’d need to come back to reinstall.
