My experience with Budget Blinds was not a good one. There was a miscommunication regarding my order ( I wanted bottom up top down shades) and ended up with one piece bottom up only shades. The salesperson I dealt with would not take any responsibility for the miscommunication, and furthermore was completely uninterested in doing anything at all to address the issue. The customer service I was given is reprehensible. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
