Our brand new $1,000+ blind was not working on the slider door after 1 day of use. I called and the installer came back and repaired the blind within a day of calling. I was reminded that I could get a replacement if the fix doesn’t work. The owner came by to make sure we were happy and to remind me of the warranty should it be necessary . Excellent service even when something went wrong.
Recently we purchased room darkening blinds for our living and dining room. We were so pleased with them and the service we received . We ended up buying more blinds for our laundry room. I would highly recommend them.
