I would highly recommend Budget Blinds to anyone and everyone. The quality is great and the customer service has been above and beyond. Being someone who works in customer service myself, it’s always great when you get exceptional service and to recognize that. Bruce with BB has helped me with not just one, but 2 of my homes in the Freeport, FL area and he is always honest, responsive, and positive. From the scheduling to picking what I wanted was easy and stress free.
We have bought blinds from Budget Blinds before and were happy with the experience. Our sales person (Bruce Smith) was very friendly and answered all our questions. This time we are purchasing black out motorized blinds for our bedroom and really looking forward to receiving the product.
Jeff and Logan were amazing. They were very respectful, very sweet, very quick. They explained everything as they were doing the job. I highly recommend Budget Blinds and Jeff and Logan for your installers. They were awesome! Great job guys!
