Customer service was the worst I have ever encountered. Installation and product are fine but the delay and poor communication really knocked down the rating. Sorry folks but product was pricey and we hoped for relief during heat waves. EDIT in response to Owner: After the blinds were installed on May 28th, the main set of blinds in the living room did not have a remote and we were told it would be ordered and would arrive via Amazon in the upcoming days. Great experience start to finish both lori (measurements and oder) and peter(installer) were prompt and professional and completely knowledgeable on their products.
