I've had them installed about 10 Windows worth of Norman shutters and it's been a great experience all around. Bobby was my sales rep and the team did a great job with the install. About 4 years later I had an issue with one of the shutters and they promptly came out to fix it.
Budget Blinds did such a fantastic job on our outdoor screen! From the time that Bobby came to our house for an estimate through the installation by Matt (with Bobby there as well), things went seamlessly! In addition, their prices cannot be beat by anyone that I have contacted, and the quality and customer service is outstanding!
This Company is Terrific! Sally was so helpful with our Plantation Shutters and all our interior shades as well as patio shades. Matt & Dillion installed all of our purchases. Everyone is 100% professional plus arrived at every appointment and completed every task. Cant say that about many companies anymore. I HIGHLY recommend this Company!
Third house using Budget Blinds and I’d use them again!! Great to work with! Efficient, honest and great value!
I would never recommend this company again. As I think about how I even arrived at using them it makes me sick. The salesperson who sold me the house (new construction) recommended his spouse to do my blinds and closets. Let me just state that it was a sh$%show from the beginning. They could not get me scheduled for an installation appointment from December to mid January.
