John and Hayley were extremely easy to work with. I had no knowledge about blinds/shades but needed them for my new homes. I wanted something nicer than what I could get at the hardware store without having to install myself. John walked me through options and I went with dark Roman shades with the manual chain for raising and lowering. They look great and are effective with light control.
