Jordan from Budget Blinds came today to install new blinds in several rooms in my home. He was courteous, professional, and upfront about a couple of goofs in the ordering process, explaining to my satisfaction how the company would rectify the situation. Totally understandable! 10/10 will use again (both company and installer), I'm a very happy customer!
