We loved working with Budget Blinds from on the phone with Melissa to our installers- Brandon(sp) and Bryce- They were very polite, professional and explained everything- we love our products. Our remotes didn't come with the order- Brandon took care of it and came back out to program them all! Would highly recommend this product with Budget Blinds to anyone looking for skylight blinds!

Satisfied with solar shades ordered and installed recently. Customer service is top-notch. Had a minor issue with width of a couple of the shades fitting a somewhat difficult patio window. No questions asked. Rep came immediately to assess and issue corrected immediately. Very pleased with company.
