Kathy had a nasty attitude worst experience ever could not believe it came in and she was on her phone ignored me. Did not say one word then what she approached me with unprofessional customer service
I’ve worked with this company several times and each time they have delivered everything perfectly. If I had an issue with anything they were a phone call away. Scott and Chase were wonderful to work with.
Chase was great but dealing with the owner was not a pleaseant exprience. They left 2 of my shutter doors and had to wait another 4 weeks to recieve. Owenr does not care for the customers would use someone else.
Very quick estimate! Can’t wait to get them installed!
