Went in to see if they could repair a blind that would not retract but they do not service what they don't sell. The guy they referred me to was too busy to even look at my blinds ----- Thanks for replying. If you would have looked at the tag, you would have seen these blinds were from your store. I finally did some research and found Kathy's shade shop who repaired and offered to take my future business.
We love our new blinds! They were very easy to work with and customer service was fantastic!! Shane did a great job with install and was very personable! I highly recommend them for your window covering needs!!! Thanks Budget Blinds!!
