10 years ago we ordered our window coverings from BUDGET Blinds in the whiterock area. They did a fine job so we called them again when we required more window coverings. Our second experience with this company was a disaster on all fronts: product, quality, installation, price and service. We ordered in November 2025 and it took 4 visits before the job was completed in late June. The first visit revealed poor meassurements and unsuitable installation. Decided to upgrade and decided on Budget Blinds with recommendations from my family. Glad I did, from the first meeting with the consultant helping with decisions and colour. Explained all installation and product information. Our installer DAVID came in with a cheery hello, excellent explanation of product, care and guarantee. Very happy with the whole procedure, would definately recommend Budget Blinds, i cant believe the difference how my home looks, makes me smile every time i look at them.
UNBELIEVABLE! Would not finish job. Would not answer phone calls. Sent pages and pages of instructions on how I could fix and reprogram motorized blinds. Paid $10,000. Had to contact another company. Took 2 installers 2.5 hours to fix.
There is a written note in the window stating they arent doing repairs right now and wont be for several months.
