bathrooms were disgusting. i had to wait over an hour to get a rental van because they failed to do their mileage maintenance and did not have one ready even though i had the reservation for weeks. the employee at the counter was less than convenient to interact with. <3 won't be going here again that's for sure
They gave away my car! Our flight was delayed, we got there about 5 hours late from our noon pick up time. They gave away my car and didn’t try and contact us at all. Sure, I could have emailed them but I never thought they would give away my car. This has never happened to me in the hundreds of times I’ve rented a car. This place is an absolute joke. We booked a reservation for a 7 seater vehicle back in APRIL and they called us 30 minutes prior to our appointment saying that they didn't have one available in the entire state of Utah. A state that is historically known for large families and they don't have a single large family vehicle? They offered a Nissan Rogue in place of the Grand Highlander, but did not discuss any accommodations or price changes. The person we spoke with was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
