I would rate this service lower than one star if possible. I made a reservation a month in advance, only to be notified on the day of pick-up that my reserved vehicle was unavailable. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against using this location, as it could negatively impact your travel plans.

I would give a higher rating based on the rental. Our van was clean and in great condition and ready on time. However, the experience was ruined by one of the staff who was beyond rude and impersonal. I am not sure he said one word to me. I am positive he never made eye contact or showed any interest in my business. He acted over-the-top bothered that I was even there. So I will happily go elsewhere.

HORRIBLE service and communication!!! Rented a Jeep Wrangler 2 months out from when I would need it, I was notified an hour and a half before pick up that unfortunately we don't have any cars for you at this time. They didn't work offer to get another car at all, just said there was nothing they could do. We will NOT be using BUDGET ever again and will spread the word to not use as well.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I booked an SUV with Budget six months before our trip, thinking that reserving that far in advance would ensure we had the vehicle we needed. Instead, Budget called me just one hour before our trip to tell me they did not have a vehicle available for us. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve had this happen with Budget. They refused to release the car to me because my current documents are temporary. I didn't see any such conditions when I submitted the application. They ruined my weekend.
