The dude at the counter could not care less if I was there or not; not when I was renting the vehicle, nor when I was returning it. The truck had multiple problems ranging from an arguably dangerous rattling up through to impedances like multiple major chips in the glass. It got me there and back for what I needed to, do but it was a generally terrible experience for what I was paying for. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Do NOT use this Budget Rent A Car location. This is a franchised location that does not honor the pricing or information provided over the phone. When I arrived to pick up my rental, the cost was significantly increased with additional charges for the rental, deposit, and insurance simply because they chose to do so. The staff refused to let me speak with a manager or provide any meaningful assistance. The employee I dealt with was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Wh... read more
Car was in excellent condition, got a fair price, check out and return didn’t take too long, and the man working the front desk was pleasant.
The service is so bad they charged 500$ for cleaning
Never go to this place! You need to wait for hours for a car with a reservation! Worst customer service!
