Unbelievable customer service. I had a problem and they responded promptly to it. My cover didn't fit the way I thought it should have. They asked for pictures, which I furnished. They looked at them and agreed. A different style was sent and it worked great. Stellar customer service.

Best customer service I’ve ever received from any online company that I’ve ever ordered from. Excellent warranty and prompt and quick replies when emailing them. Most companies won’t even acknowledge or return emails these days! I’ve had a couple of different covers that needed to be replaced and each time they honored the warranty with no hassle at all!! I will continue doing business with Budge covers and will make sure to let others know to use them for their car/truck cover needs.
