When a place of industries, does not have a phone number you can reach on the weekend, red flag, all the way around. I have given this plant several times to either refix my problems or give me a date for a new one. People around this place act like they are always on on drugs, not normal behavior. Glad I made a trip from Tennessee who I was dealing with. Would not recommend this company to someone trying to overcoat a dog house. So much wasted $.

I ordered a cover from the competitor and after a month I still haven't received my cover. I ordered a cover from Budge and I know it's crazy but I received it the next day which was Christmas Eve. The quality of the cover is excellent!! The price was very good also. I purchased the 1200 denier fabric and the support to keep it from puddling. It all works excellent. Now don't expect to get your cover the next day always. I happen to live in Ohio. Anyway if you are needing a cover don't use national covers. They have ZERO SER... read more
Unbelievable customer service. I had a problem and they responded promptly to it. My cover didn't fit the way I thought it should have. They asked for pictures, which I furnished. They looked at them and agreed. A different style was sent and it worked great. Stellar customer service.
