I want to start by saying that if it weren't for Tre' Revis, I wouldn't have bothered to even check this place out. I did, and I was impressed not only with the help I received from Tre', but also with the way he made me feel, with the respect he gave me as if I had been going there for years. They say you don't often remember what people did for you, but you always remember how they made you feel.
I have been a customer with this franchise since 2011 and I can tell you this place is the absolute worst. I got a living room set that was uncomfortable and too big for my home. I told them I needed to swap it out for something smaller as I didn't measure correctly. They told me it was fine now here it is the end of my payments and I still have the same one. I am now being told I would have to start my payments over to swap out for a different one. Why let me get that far in payments to the point of almost being done when w... read more

I usually don’t do this, because I understand things happen! If I could give this place NO stars, I would! I got a dryer here less than a year ago. The first time it broke it took a WEEK of run around, just to get a number to call for repair. The second time it broke, I was told we will send someone out to look at it. Fine.
