This a great bike shop in Bella Vista, great people and nothing but a pleasure talking with the staff and they got my service finished twice as fast as expected!
My daughter had a brake issue. We were able to bring it in and have it taken care of in 15ish minutes, so we could quickly get back on the trail. Seems like a great organization!
Do not buy from here! Scott, the owner, lacks special knowledge about the bikes he sells. He’s also deeply sensitive to criticism of his business. He threatens to involve the police if you use curse words to articulate your deep dissatisfaction over the phone. Carson, the “mechanic”, will provide no transparency, tangible support or follow up.
