Cyrus is your guy here! He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I was really thankful he was there to come and help us, when we had an incident on the trails, he hopped on a bike and assisted us with getting a wheel back on.
Very helpful in answering our questions.
Everyone was helpful in getting the whole family set up for a successful day of biking, including 2 young kids in need of bikes. Walked in without a reservation and got quick service. Staff were very knowledgeable about where to ride, eat, visit. We will be back next time we are in town.
