Charles L. Davis lacked knowledge and understanding of documents needed for trust declinations and acceptance letters. He had little or no knowledge of special needs documents or procedure. His communication via e-mail or phone was very slow and unreliable. I got the impression that all he wanted to do slowly was increase his profit with the least amount of effort or interest.
