Never ever going to them! The manager asked me if i had learning disability? unbelievable!!
DO NOT RENT FROM BUD GOWAN! Suit was packaged and given to us without suspenders or a pocket square, a suit still had chalk lines on it from the alterations they did not complete, the shoes were the wrong size, and when asked for a refund they offered a discount off a shirt. They won't even have things ready on time like they outline in their terms. Terrible service, terrible management, terrible solutions to their own mistakes and breaches of their own terms. Do not get a tux from here. They will mess it up. I should have read reviews before I went to this place. I don't know how they are still in business. On multiple occasions they had to call or email me to see if they had the right info and they never did. Wrong sizes for most stuff.
Worst run buisness I have ever been to do not get a tux from here especially for your wedding party. Messed up on multiple occasions and kept forgetting our information were very rude to some of the groomsmen and also messed the vest colours up for my wedding. Called them to let them know that and left a message didn't even get a call back saying a sorry or anything after they pretty much ruined my wedding since the groomsmen had to wear a colour I did not pick out.
