The two working in the office Kelly and a bald gentleman. Are literally horrible at their jobs. I've taken multiple days off to go fix the problems they have caused. If you give them ANY type of tax information. DOUBLE CHECK they actually put it in their system. I've given these people everything they need and they still mess things up. From coppies of w-2’s to proof from Crawford County courts. And they STILL mess up. You're messing with people's lives! Do your job and do it right or leave!
