I would give zero stars if possible for this service. Pay my bills monthly then they drop a 700 dollar bill with no explanation as to why and just say we are back billing you for 3 years.

DO NOT MOVE TO YOUR NEW LOCATION before knowing BCWSA will be your water supplier. I am NOT pleased with your NEW billing statements. Billing details for Water service charge, Sewer service charge and Meter reading data are NOT included on bill statements anymore since your NEW updated billing statements have recently been issued. Customers need to see company's service charges for both water and sewer service (which is totally overpriced $50.00) and Meter readings exactly how much water we actually use. Absolutely awful. The person who screens their calls Gwen is extremely rude and Erin is not far off from that. So quick to pass the buck instead of taking the time to explain what the issue is. Since this company became privately owned the customer service has gone down the hill.
