I was referred to this agency as I am also a disabled citizen from Bucks county and need some assistance to fix my roof. I have called their office twice, and left two voice messages for their Program Manager and finally I emailed them over 2-3 weeks. I still haven’t had a reply from anyone. It’s very distressing and just adds stress to an already stressful situation. It’s completely rude not to reply to someone. If you can’t help, say so, don’t leave people hanging!! This agency is a disgrace! They only have inferior contractors to do home rehab work. The contractor Michael Verducci did not replace the flange on a brand new bathroom causing a leak that I had to pay for. He installed new windows of which the window doesn,'t open and screens don't fit. His help stained my outdoor deck which they scrapped with their equipment and got stain all over the white siding . I read the lone review, and was in shock. Three years ago I contacted the Redevelopment Authority about a need I had to replace my windows. Guess who they chose to do the work... Michael Verducci. Before the end of the first year the cold air was coming in during the winter, to the same extent as my original windows. I contacted the Redevelopment Authority after numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact Michael Verducci. I was told they would contact the contractor.
