My daughter opened up a checking account 2 weeks ago and still has yet to receive her pin for her debit card. Everyday she calls to let them know she hasnt received it and everyday they tell her she should be getting it soon. REAlly!!! What kind of business is that, Bad business.! They only gave her 2 starter checks and the bank isnt local in our area, so now she is unable to christmas shop due to the fact she doesn't have access to her Money.
I've been banking here for years. Never had a problem, great place to bank
