I hired Buckley Law in Lake Oswego to draft a trust a few years ago. Recently, when I went back to them for further help, I was shocked to be told they would not work with me due to a vague “conflict of interest.” They refused to explain what that conflict actually was. I made an appointment with a female partner at this entity that was highly rated on Martindale Hubbell. As instructed I made a payment online for her one hour billing rate prior to the appointment. Upon arrival for my appointment the receptionist seemed confused that I had an appointment. After a few minutes I was taken to a conference room. Had issues getting in contact with anyone about creating a trust, but once I did the process for the most part has gone smoothly but definitely not the quickest
