I was looking for jeans today and decided to stop into The Buckle and not one person said a thing to me or offered to help. I usually don’t have this experience at any of The Buckle’s where I live. I was thinking of buying some jeans, but the decided not to give this Buckle any business due to the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank goodness the associates in Omaha are way more friendly. I will never go to this store again.

I would never allow them to send anything for a hem. I usually have my jeans hemmed somewhere else they do great work but are not good at leaving the edging at the bottom. So I wanted my first pair of Rock Revival jeans to have that. So I let the Buckle use their service. What a disaster. The hem is crooked, very noticeably. Parts of it are not sewn correctly and is falling apart. These are brand new unworn unwashed jeans and now they are trash. Thanks buckle for screwing me out of $170....NEVER AGAIN
