My Experience with the BUCKLE ...EXCELLENT! – (I am 61 years old!) I was surprised that the Buckle had jeans that would fit me and actually FIT like no other pair of jeans I have ever owned. The staff at the Buckle KNOW THEIR PRODUCTS...they know how to fit a person and the store stocks hundreds of unique styles of jeans. Disrespectful Employees – I usually enjoy shopping at the Buckle. The salespeople are usually always friendly, if not a little pushy, but generally very courteous. However, I try to avoid this store in the MOA, because I've never had a good experience. Usually the salespeople at this store will just watch you look around, and if you start picking items out, out might get attention. MY FAVORITE STORE!!!! – I LOVE THIS STORE!!! They have the trendiest clothing, shoes, and accessories! They have a frequent shopper program and they offer lay-a-way. In today's economy, who doesn't need that???? Would recommend to all my friends!!!!
Horribly treated in Chico – I went into the Chico's buckle today and for the most part the staff were very nice and helpful. To my surprise one of the managers was extremely rude to me. I shop at this location frequently and was going to return some merchandise but to my surprise, i couldn't.
