Tori was great she helped me find exactly what i was looking for
Last year everyone was very nice and helpful. Today, the opposite. Staff members stopping in front of you, making eye contact, and continuing to stand there forcing you to go around. Then when you’re trying to get pants sized they keep leaving and wandering around to the other side of the store so you have to keep waiving them down or running over to get them to come back. Definitely the worst Buckle I’ve been to. Sad to see this is how they treat people.
Taryn picked me out the most perfect fitting pants to go with a shirt I brought in. She was so sweet and helpful. I loved my interaction with her!
Absolutely love Karmen! I came in the store with my daughters and she was very polite and friendly!
