Tessa waited on me and she has great customer service and can pick out just the right outfit for you. You should ask for her when you go in.
I just want to give a shoutout to Tori at the Westroads Buckle location. I had an issue with the store and went to her because she’s always been amazing to me and has helped me find so many of my favorite outfits. She took the time to really listen and made me feel like she genuinely cared about resolving the situation.
The employees hover like crazy and literally wouldn't give me an inch to breathe following me around the store. I think they thought I was going to steal not sure what was up but the woman with the brown hair Tessa I believe was her name. Omg she needs to take a chill pill and when someone says they dont want/need help that means you dont follow them around berating them with questions and taking my items to the front bc apparently I can not carry the items im about to purchase?!
