This is going to be a lot, but I NEED to brag about the experience I had tonight in this store with one of the employees. I was helped tonight by Taylor, and she was amazing in every single way. I hadn't been shopping for myself in years. I went through a very difficult pregnancy, gained a ton of weight and have felt extremely insecure about my body. Nice quality jeans and helpful associates but probably one of the worst shipping experiences I've ever had. I had to call the store 2 weeks after purchasing it to find out they never shipped it. The "gift card" I received for the inconvenience seemed more like a coupon since I still had to spend atleast 50 dollars to use it.

Last year everyone was very nice and helpful. Today, the opposite. Staff members stopping in front of you, making eye contact, and continuing to stand there forcing you to go around. Then when you’re trying to get pants sized they keep leaving and wandering around to the other side of the store so you have to keep waiving them down or running over to get them to come back. Definitely the worst Buckle I’ve been to. Sad to see this is how they treat people.
