This Buckle location has been the most frustrating experience I've had at any Buckle store in Florida. I can never seem to find the sizes I need, and to make matters worse, the staff refused to accept a return for defective boots I purchased. According to Buckle’s official return policy (photo attached), “Items must not be worn or washed and returned within 60 days from the purchase date with the price tags attached. Took some time to get cashier’s attention to get the shoe size, but she made up for it by bringing extras and checking on me and being extra nice. 😊
First time in the store..it was really cute..I'll probably be back
