Had a great experience at Buckle in Tampa. Grayson was very helpful and patient while I looked for polo shirts that fit well and felt comfortable. He helped me pick out a few that are perfect for when I go out dancing. They are stylish and still breathable. I really appreciated the personalized service. I’ll be back.
The worst Buckle I have ever been to. Stopped in and wasn’t greeted or acknowledged until I touched the back wall where obviously the manager who was the only one greeting customers. All of other employees were in a circle folding clothes in the corner talking together.
After spending 3 days taking my teenage daughter shopping at several malls, this is the first store that stood out for customer service. Dude was friendly, polite, helpful. He grabbed several options for my daughter even making couple trips to fitting room with other options. She left with a huge smile and loves her new jeans
This Buckle location has been the most frustrating experience I've had at any Buckle store in Florida. I can never seem to find the sizes I need, and to make matters worse, the staff refused to accept a return for defective boots I purchased. According to Buckle’s official return policy (photo attached), “Items must not be worn or washed and returned within 60 days from the purchase date with the price tags attached.
