RecommendedBest customer service ever there and Jhosten and Parker are my favorites. They always go out of their way to serve me.
I was in there for almost 30 minutes and no one asked me if I needed any help. A worker walked right passed me and asked another customer if they needed helped instead. Put my things back. Will not be back.

I called ahead to see if you carried mens size 40 waist. Katlyn took the call from me and I told her I lived in Horicon and was on my way. When we arrived at the store she had a fitting room , filed with several jeans for my fiancé to try on. She greeted us with a smile and she was so very helpful, and thoughtful. My husband and I were in Buckle Saturday Dec. 18th. Misty the store manager is amazing. She helped me with a complicated situation, her customer service was above and beyond . I have worked my entire work career in Customer Service I have seen both sides of the customer service and understand it . Her staff as well were all so kind, professional and very welcoming.
