RecommendedI've been buying jeans at Buckle for 5 years. Their jeans are great quality, very stylish, and you can't beat the free alterations they offer. I won't buy jeans anywhere else.

The customer service is fine. However, I bought two pairs of pants and one pair faded super fast and the zipper on the other pair broke. They fixed the zipper for $5 and it broke again within a week. They graciously gave me a free pair for my troubles, and not a month later the zipper on those ones broke too. For the high price, I am incredibly unimpressed with the quality.
Was not impressed with level of customer service. Maybe focus more on teaching your employees to talk to customers instead of talking among each other.
