I’ve had to go back TWICE in the last 3 months after purchasing over $600 worth of jeans because they have left the security tag on them. Once was a mistake but 2 times is unacceptable. I had to drive 30 min back each time and all they said was oh sorry. I’ll gladly just purchase my jeans directly from the brands websites from now on.
Awesome customer service. Returned jeans that had an obvious flaw and they exchanged them no problem.
Lucky enough to stop in while the manager was there. The receipt said Lisa so I assume it was her! Customer service was pretty awesome and she helped me pick out some cute jeans since I always have trouble ordering online! We ended up spending over $800 last weekend because she was so helpful and knowledgeable!
