Rude employees on 06/17 at 11:30 pretended to not see me and walked all the way through to the back, never acknowledging me. Too busy talking to each other about family gossip. I’ll take my $ elsewhere.

This location was extremely disappointing. The manager was no help and repeatedly claimed she was following company policy, yet ultimately apologized after I pointed out that her own system supported what I was saying. What should have been a simple return turned into an unnecessary ordeal because she chose to ignore what was clearly shown and overcomplicate the refund process.
