now closed I loved going to Mervyns Department Store. They had the best prices and pretty good selection. The service was okay and the cleanliness was okay. With their prices, I can see why they went out of business.
Best Employees ever Wow! I went there for a pair of jeans and the employees were amazing. I typically hate jean shopping. The man helping me made it the best experience. I told him what I didn't like about the jeans I own and he came back with 6 pairs to try on. All of them fit great. I bought 3 pairs and honestly they really are the best jeans I've ever owned. Overall, great experience!
Too Much Service? I feel as though the Buckle in Sooner Fashion Mall is a place of much stress. It seems as though there goal is to attack you and make you buy the most expensive outfit or shoes. It is very annoying, and they need to try a new sales pitch. PROS: None! CONS:
Mens and womans Clothes This is the store for the expencive tast. They sell the best jeans in the world made by lucky though. They have really cute clothes to choose from but you might want to wait for it to go on sale. They also have the new Dr. Martins in all the time.
The buckle The buckle has awesome clothes! They are very trendy and high quality-the only downfall is that they are very expensive! And they usualy don't have very good sales.
nice clothes, but really expensive for no reason The clothes in the buckle are nice, but really unnessecarily expensive. Also, there are only a few staff who actually talk to people when they walk through the door. The rest seem like they are too good to speak to normal people.
nothing out of the ordinary It's a fun little store with clothing brands like Lucky, Roxy, Hurley, and some casual clothing. It's a lot like any other clothing store in the mall. There are hardly any sales, but when they do happen there are some cute selections. The workers seemed a little stuck up, so beware.
Woo-Doggy I had so much fun shopping here!! Who ever the sales girl was, I can't remember, but she was so helpful! I was shopping all by myself:( and she kept picking out all these awesome outfits that I never would have tried on but they look so cute.I felt like I was shopping with a friend!! I love this store!! Yeah not getting things on sale is a major bummer for me, but they do give you a little punch card so that everytime you spend $300 you get $10 off!
Clingy Salespeople This store has a very wide selection of "Trendy" clothes. The sales people work on commission and will try to sell you everything! They won't take no for an answer so that is frustrating.
