The staff at Buckle have reworked my closet amazingly!! Tina is absolutely the best at what she does! Tina is like having that great friend in your corner that everyone should have! That looks great, that doesn’t work etc. I absolutely love shopping there. Tina takes all the pressure off and the worry just disappears!!
Was in there yesterday and honestly we’ve been in there about 4 times within a month. Three weeks ago my fiancé took me in there so I could pick some stuff out for my bday. The young ladies that were working that day were very helpful. I got two outfits 2 paints of denim shorts and two shirts. One of the shirts had silver fringes around the sleeves . I went into the buckle at sooner mall to find a pair of jeans! I asked Tiffany for help and got an extremely rude response! She was totally indifferent towards our satisfaction and seemed as if she wanted us to leave instead of wanting to help us! She was highly unprofessional and was having excessively loud conversations with coworkers about non—work related topics while I was needing help! It made me spend three times the amount of time I’d usually spend because no help was provided!
I came in to exchange jeans I had bought at another location and browse a bit. I was not planning on shopping or making a purchase. I was greeted as I walked in, and all employees were engaging with customers. The store looked amazing, especially for the busy holiday season. I'm a sucker for Free People and they have an incredible selection! The staging and layout is always great - I love the outfits they put together so it's easier to shop.
