Terrible experience with Mr Stebbins and his supporting staff. Near zero communication, currently waiting for my retainer to be refunded but nobody from the firm will follow up or return an email. Extremely disappointed. Relied on this firm to help our business deal with some defamation and NOTHING has been handled. In fact, our legal representation was MOCKED by the defense because our attorney was doing literally nothing. Previous review: Yes, as a previous review mentioned, Andrew Stebbins and his team are not great with communicating so removal of one star for that. Based on perspective, as another review mentions some unethical activities, some things they do are either unethical or just a misunderstanding. It depends on your lens and how you feel. You can explicitly tell him to do one thing in an email and he will agree with opposing counsel to do the opposite without ever informing you! I signed a contract, and two weeks after I hadn’t heard from them. It’s been over a month now and I still haven’t heard from them. Gail Richards and Andrew Stebbins are awful at communicating.
I believe that this is a bad law firm. Andrew Stebbins and this firm are being sued by Stebbins last employer, Minc Law, for theft, breach of contract and other allegations.
