You can explicitly tell him to do one thing in an email and he will agree with opposing counsel to do the opposite without ever informing you! I signed a contract, and two weeks after I hadn’t heard from them. It’s been over a month now and I still haven’t heard from them. Gail Richards and Andrew Stebbins are awful at communicating.
I believe that this is a bad law firm. Andrew Stebbins and this firm are being sued by Stebbins last employer, Minc Law, for theft, breach of contract and other allegations.
