Very poor customer service...…Sorry nothing to discus, your reply was too late. I ended up getting a loan from somewhere else. What is wrong with your online banking?? I cannot access my money to pay my bills all weekend?? I'm trying to contact you regarding this matter during open bank hours but no one is answering the phone. I just get no where call keeps recirculating to nobody. So far my call has recirculated for 20 min. it rings then goes to music, it rings then goes to music. I called Buckeye State Credit Union quite late in the day. I was quite pleasantly surprised when I spoke to Deanna Who was very professional, and yet very friendly and down to earth. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, and make it a very pleasant experience. She is definitely a credit to your business. I hope that other employees are as good Customer Service as she was.
The experience I had with Ms. Lamb was amazing she went through things about my account and helped me she then offered other services that would benefit me and my family we appreciate Buckeye credit union
On holidays you shouldn't have to wait til Friday to get your funds. On veterans day it came in on Wednesday. What happened bb to Thanksgiving and other holidays. I am not happy about this. This Credit Union needs to improve in this area.
