Deshawn is a good loan officer. I contacted Buckeye Credit Union, this pass Saturday to find out information about joining the credit union. Deshawn was ready to assist me in many ways, he started enrolling me into the credit union over the phone(which was a great help) I was so pleased with his service, that I even drove over to the Akron, Ohio branch (he even assisted me, with directions to the facility and gave me a follow up call to check on me) I informed DeShawn that I was interested in applying for an auto loan. I love this Credit Union. Today was the day. I finally got my credit card issue resolved. I’ve had this credit card for over three years and I’ve only used it one time. I couldn’t understand why when I wanted to make a purchase it would not recognize my card kept declining my purchases finally I reached someone by the name of Tabatha and she was fabulous.
