I called Buckeye State Credit Union quite late in the day. I was quite pleasantly surprised when I spoke to Deanna Who was very professional, and yet very friendly and down to earth. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, and make it a very pleasant experience. She is definitely a credit to your business. I hope that other employees are as good Customer Service as she was.
The experience I had with Ms. Lamb was amazing she went through things about my account and helped me she then offered other services that would benefit me and my family we appreciate Buckeye credit union
On holidays you shouldn't have to wait til Friday to get your funds. On veterans day it came in on Wednesday. What happened bb to Thanksgiving and other holidays. I am not happy about this. This Credit Union needs to improve in this area.
Deshawn is a good loan officer. I contacted Buckeye Credit Union, this pass Saturday to find out information about joining the credit union. Deshawn was ready to assist me in many ways, he started enrolling me into the credit union over the phone(which was a great help) I was so pleased with his service, that I even drove over to the Akron, Ohio branch (he even assisted me, with directions to the facility and gave me a follow up call to check on me) I informed DeShawn that I was interested in applying for an auto loan.
