They Shut my daughter’s school down in the Middle of the year. They went on winter break and this foundation told the staff on December 30th that they were closing down as of then. Now I have to try and enroll my daughter to a new school the day kids come back from winter break. I have no idea how I’m supposed to get her school records since the foundation won’t let the staff give records out. Poorly planned, poorly executed and I wouldn’t send my child back to any of there sponsored schools.

Do not work here. Do not rent from here. Culture of dishonesty. Executives hire inexperienced workers to act as de facto property managers to avoid tenant issues. Borderline illegal business practices. Will evict on retaliatory grounds, or simply if you don’t qualify for their lease to purchase program. Company only interested squeezing razor thin margins and buying more accounts than they can manage. More tenants need to file official complaints to have company fully investigated.
