I always work with Ms. Jenna in the Madison office, she is willing to help me with everything from my loans to unlocking my home banking. A friendlier person couldn’t be found, she is a true gem for this company. BCFCU has always given the best in customer service hands down.

Employees are nice enough. I think you know when you walk into a financial institution whether the vibe is a good fit for you. I should have paid attention to my gut. I would recommend training so that an explanation be provided to the customer if the same type of transactions (only varying in $ amount) on each visit are treated differently depending on who is in charge. This bank is pure trash we had so many issues on their side incorrect paperwork the lady who did our accounts complete removed my wife we ran back to our old bank this is sad this location needs to be shut down
