We are lucky to have a Ballards in Palm Springs because they make really nice tack for a good price. I have a headstall I love from there, the leather is very soft and it looks classy. Mr. Ballard is really friendly which I like from business owners. He takes the time needed to help you find what you are looking for. Their saddles are beautiful! I highly recommend them for the horse lover or western enthusiast! Thank you.
I've been a long time resident of Norco, and I've seen businesses come and go. Ballard's is on it's way out also, it's just a matter of time. Tom Ballard doesn't pay ANY taxes and he doesn't even have worker's compensation for his employee's. His boot shop that he had open for a while was closed down because his rent was raised, due to threats twards other tenants in the shopping center. Ballards has the BEST and largest selection in the area and for the BEST price - beats the other competition hands down - the only place I shop in town anymore!!!! Seeing is believing!
