One would never know Mr. Lancaster has over 20 Year’s chimney installation experience. When cutting the hole through the sidewall of my brand new home. He had cut right through the vertical 2X4 wall support beam. No oops... I’m sorry, let me make it right. Just a complete coverup. Then to top things off; to support the 6” stainless steel chimney pipe that goes up the side of the house. He just cut chunks of treated 2x4’s that he screwed right into the siding. I had to call this company five times to get them to come out for an estimate; they would say they were coming then not show. Each time I called, they had to ask me for all my details again, they lost record of previous conversations. Then they gave me an estimate, I accepted it, and they gave me a date to have it done. When the day came, I called because they weren't here on the agreed time. They said they would do it later that day.
