manager Kyle is wonderful and yes some appear they don’t want to be there to deal with customers but for the most part any service I’ve ever had has been great and they’ve been super helpful, sometimes I feel if you go out of your way it helps. Sad to hear they are closing, especially because they offer the balloon service.
I bought 25 balloons. I wanted to fly like in the movie UP. I tied them to a lawn chair and I didn't go up at all. It must have been the balloons. It worked in the movie. I got sunburn waiting. I went to buy a popsicle and someone stole my lawn chair and the balloons. Stouffville isn't safe. I'm going back to Brampton it's safer.
The worst customer service. I believe they have big problem with pepole skin color .

I had an amazing experience, because of one of the store's team members at the Stouffville store by the name of Trin, she helped this old lady, and I'll be forever grateful how she went above and beyond to help me that day! My car didn't start, had to figure out how to change the battery in my fob,, she took the time to help me figure it out . I don't see that much care out there very much anymore, but she is a sparkling caring, ball of energy!! Thank you Trin!
